1. What is our 30-day return policy for SmileFam Products?
At SmileFam, we are committed to your oral health and satisfaction with our premium products, including:
- Ultrasonic Toothbrush (Worth $150)
- Wireless Base Charger (Worth $100)
- Travel Kit (Worth $50)
- Refiller (Worth $20)
- 1 Year Free Warranty (Worth $100)
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we will be delighted to process a return for you. Please note that all returns must meet the following criteria:
- The product(s) must be in their original condition.
- Documentation proof of purchase is required.
- For Ultrasonic Toothbrush returns, at least one refiller must also be included in the return.
We kindly request that all products be returned in their original condition to facilitate the refund process. Additionally, to avoid damage during transit, please ensure proper packaging when returning items.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@getsmilefam.com or utilize our live chat feature on our website. When reaching out, include photos of the unsatisfactory item(s) for our reference. Our team will guide you through the exchange or return procedures.
3. Processing Fee for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will incur a flat-rate processing fee of $30. This fee covers the administrative, processing and logistical costs associated with handling your return or exchange. Please take note we do not include shipping and for the refund to be effective, users have to ship back their item back us to us in good condition for the refund to be valid.
4. Refund Process
Upon receipt of your returned item(s) and verification of their condition, we will process your refund within 10 to 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. The full refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within three to five business days from the initiation date.
Please note that any returns requested after 30 days from the delivery receipt may be subject to refusal.
5. International Orders
Our return policy applies to international orders as well. However, please be aware that we do not cover return shipping costs for international orders and will not reimburse any international return shipping charges.
6. International Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred in their destination country. We are unable to refund duties and taxes on international shipping.
